23. WRITTEN MOTION Council President Morad, requesting that pursuant to Section 16 of Chapter 44B of the General Laws, that upon a vote by the City Council to revoke acceptance, that a question be placed on the ballot for revocation of Section 3 through 7 of Chapter 44B of the General Laws by the voters of the City and that said ballot question read, substantially, as follows:-

''Shall the City of New Bedford revoke the acceptance of Sections 3 to 7, inclusive of Chapter 44B of the General Laws, as revoked by its legislative body, a summary of which appears below?''
