TO WEDNESDAY, APRIL 05, 2023, AT 7:00 A.M., for the purpose of allowing an artist to paint a yellow brick road on the street in honor of the Festival Theatre’s performance of “The Wiz”. PLEASE NOTE: THE INTERSECTIONS AT SCHOOL STREET AND SPRING STREET CAN REMAIN OPEN FOR TRAFFIC.
