COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council submitting a LOAN ORDER, for the purpose of financing the cost of projects outlined in the City’s Long Term CSO Control and Integrated Capital Improvements Plan, including but not limited to: Regulatory Compliance Planning to address Capacity Management, Operations and Maintenance requirements, and asset management planning; Pumping Station Upgrades, including the replacement and upgrade to the Howard Avenue Pumping Station; Stormwater System and Water Quality Improvements associated with Buttonwood Brook; and general publicly owned treatment works planning and improvements.
