Pereira, Chairman, Committee on Ordinances, advising that the Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, to discuss a request by Councillor at Large Ian Abreu and Ward Four Councillor Derek Baptiste, for the Planning Board to review and make a recommendation to the City Council for its consideration regarding extending marijuana establishment hours of operation from 9:00 am to 9:00 p.m.; the Planning Board voted to send a FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION for the Ordinance amendment.
