REPORT, Committee on Public Safety & Neighborhoods, recommending that the City Council take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Giesta, Abreu, Carney, Burgo, Council President Morad, Councillors Lima and Baptiste, requesting, that Fire Chief Scott Kruger and Building Commissioner Danny Romanowicz appear before the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods to discuss the policies and procedures currently in place for conducting fire safety inspections and evaluations on residential structures consisting of three or more dwelling units.
