WRITTEN MOTION HARBORWALK DOG CLEANUP

6. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Coelho, requesting, that the City install Warning Signs along with Fines along the Harborwalk, relative to people not picking up after their dogs, there are dispensaries at the Harborwalk which are supposed to be stocked with supplies for cleaning up after pets; and further, bicycles are ridden over the piles of dog excrement not picked up, spreading it further and creating an additional mess; and further, this is in violation of City Ordinance Chapter 4, Section 28, which also carries a fine of fifty dollars, each incident, for failure to remove/dispose of animal feces.
