M1.      COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council, submitting AN ORDER, that the Order adopted by the Council on October 13, 2016, which authorized the City to enter into an eight (8) year lease for the purchase of two pumpers is hereby RESCINDED and be it further ordered that the City enter into an eight (8) year lease with PNC Equipment Finance LLC, for the purchase of two (2) Pierce Arrow XT Pumpers from Pierce Manufacturing, Inc.
