L8.       REPORT, Committee on Ordinances, recommending to the City Council, that a letter be sent to the State Legislature asking that they consider amending the State Law prohibiting 4-wheeled quads and off-road recreational vehicles (that are registered) to allow them access to public state parks and trails appropriate for use in safe manner.
