5.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu, Gomes, Winterson, Council President Lopes and Councillor Bousquet, requesting that Jim Borghesani, Communications Director for the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana like Alcohol, come before the Special Committee on Licensing and Zoning for Cannabis to discuss the November 2016 passage of the Recreational Legalization of Commercial Cannabis, what this passage means for all Cities and Towns within the Commonwealth (especially gateway Cities such as New Bedford) and a current update on the State's regulatory process before its 2018 implementation.
