BETTER LIGHTING AROUND THE "POOR FARM" PROPERTY

10. WRITTEN MOTION, Councilor Abreu and Council President Lopes, requesting that the Department of Public Infrastructure study the feasibility of installing a street light directly behind the property located at 170 Bellevue Street (which happens to be Ricketson Street), several of the constituents within that neighborhood have expressed a need for better lighting in and around that area abutting the "Poor Farm" as they have experienced a very large increase in litter, noise and other nefarious activities. (To be Referred to the Department of Public Infrastructure.)
