13.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Carney, requesting that the Traffic Commission establish Safety Zones focusing on our Senior Citizens and our City youth with posted 20 miles per hour signage starting with the following locations: Tabor Mill Area (Coffin Avenue starting at Ashley Boulevard, to Quansett Street and Dean Street from Purchase Street to Ashley Boulevard); Buttonwood Park Area (Brownell Avenue and Rockdale Avenue); Hazelwood Park Senior Citizens Area (Brock Avenue) and Brooklawn Park Avenue (Acushnet Avenue.)
