26.     COMMUNICATION, Community Preservation Committee, to City Council, submitting the CPA annual budgets for Fiscal Years 2016, 2017 and 2018, to appropriate or reserve from the Community Preservation Fund annual revenue in the amounts recommended by the Community Preservation Committee for committee administrative expenses, community preservation projects and other expenses in fiscal years 2016, 2017 and 2018 with each item to be considered a separate appropriation.
