WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu and Winterson, requesting, that the City Clerk send a letter to the Executive Secretary of the Traffic Commission Scott Downing, in support of investigating the feasibility of converting Jonathan Street into a one-way street, area residents have concerns of a very narrow roadway due to double-sided street parking which has created a significant traffic hazard for the neighborhood.
