5.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Coelho, requesting, that the Police Department enforce Ordinance, Chapter 17, Section 17-25 Relative to Recreational Vehicles, due to the havoc that certain individuals are causing in neighborhoods by the illegal use of recreational vehicles i.e. mini motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, etc; and further, for any individual violating this Section of the City Code that the penalty be strictly enforced.  (To be Referred to Mayor Mitchell, Police Chief Cordeiro and the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods.)
