11.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the City Council go on record in support of Governor Baker’s proposing to make drug dealers whose distribution leads to the death of a user, subject to prosecution for manslaughter; and further that our State Delegation support Governor Baker’s proposal in targeting narcotics dealers.
