3.         REPORT, Committee on Public Safety & Neighborhoods, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on a WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods meet with the EMS Director Mark McGraw, to discuss EMS response time, equipment needs, and the number of requests for backup ambulance service in the City and what is the protocol when communication is requesting extreme emergency ambulance response; and further, that EMS Director McGraw provide the Committee with a breakdown of calls in a 24-hour period and a list of positions and duties within the EMS system.
