8.         REPORT, Committee on Public Safety & Neighborhoods, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on a WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Coelho, requesting, that the Police Department enforce Ordinance, Chapter 17, Section 17-25 Relative to Recreational Vehicles, due to the havoc that certain individuals are causing in neighborhoods by the illegal use of recreational vehicles i.e. mini motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, etc; and further, for any individual violating this Section of the City Code that the penalty be strictly enforced.
