10.       REPORT, Committee on Public Safety & Neighborhoods, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on a WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Coelho, requesting, that immediate action be taken to remove the well known vagrant from his current position on the sidewalk by the Post Office at 282 Coffin Avenue, he sleeps, loiters, litters and harasses people who attempt to use this Federal building or the sidewalk, he has become a public nuisance.
