5.     LOAN ORDER, that $1,000,000.00 of the appropriation and borrowing authority for accelerated repair projects at Carney Academy, Hayden McFadden, Casimir Pulaski and Alfred J. Gomes Elementary Schools authorized by the order of the City Council approved by the Mayor on March 25, 2016 is hereby RESCINDED.
