24.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Lopes, requesting that the Committee on Memorials and Dedications begin a dialogue with Charles Lopes and the friends and family of the late Tom Barao about naming the basketball courts at Ashley Park in honor of Mr. Tom Barao who was a 1968 New Bedford High School Graduate, a McDonald All American and a member of the New Bedford High School’s Basketball Team.
