M2.      COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council, submitting AN ORDER, granting an easement from FLAHERTY DRIVE, LLC (Grantor) to the City of New Bedford (Grantee) for the purpose of installation of water lines and fire hydrants over the premises located at Flaherty Drive, this easement is granted to the City at the behest of the Fire Department to ensure fire safety in the Industrial Park.
