COMMUNICATION, Councillors Lima and Abreu, submitting a copy of a letter sent to Scott Downing, Executive Secretary, Traffic Commission, requesting that a “NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER” Sign be installed at the intersection of Reed and Arnold Streets, due to the number of traffic accidents that have occurred at said location.
