WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu, Baptiste, Lopes, Giesta, Lima, Dunn and Markey, requesting, that the Board of Health, Licensing Department and Department of Inspectional Services draft regulations to help safely and legally expand the outdoor dining capacity for all interested New Bedford establishments while the COVID-19 “state of emergency” and social distancing measures are still in effect.
