WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Department of Public Infrastructure and the Traffic Commission immediately cover over the white lines on Cove Road between County and Crapo Streets; this stretch of road is a single merging lane, and presently the white lines that were painted over are coming through and causing motorists to think that it’s a two-lane traffic flow, which is causing a very dangerous situation on this stretch of road; and further requesting, that the Traffic Commission install signage that reads “Merging single lane of traffic.” (To be Referred to the Department of Public Infrastructure and the Traffic Commission.)
