2.       WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the implementation of the Ordinance, relative to Plastic Bags, Chapter 17 be SUSPENDED immediately until the Committee on Ordinances can meet to discuss and review said Ordinance; and further, that the Administration delay the enforcement of said Ordinance until such time so the Council can revisit the provisions of the Plastic Bag Ordinance.
