WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the Committee on City Property meet with a representative from the Mitchell Administration, to discuss what action plan is being implemented for the number of vacant School and City buildings, that are not generating taxes and are deteriorating in the City. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the Committee on City Property meet with the new owners of the former Hallmark Nursing Home on Rockdale Avenue and the former Sassaquin Nursing Home on Acushnet Avenue for the purpose of discussing what their plans are at said locations.
