WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the City place trash receptacle barrels at every entrance to the Harbor Walk; and further, that a barrel be placed in the middle of each Harbor Walk path along with pooper scoop bag containers at all entrances, this action will keep the Harbor Walk clean as well as the waterways that surround it.
