1.        CITATION, Councillor Oliveira, honoring JEFFREY ROGERS, in recognition of his Dedicated Service with the City after 23 years, starting as a Seasonal Laborer from 1994-1998; appointed to Park Maintenance in 1998 and in 2004 appointed Sanitarian with the Department of Health until his Retirement on May 5, 2017.
