WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Traffic Commission make Riverside Avenue a 20 Mile An Hour traffic flow, from Belleville Avenue to Coffin Avenue in a north and south direction and that signage be installed on the east and west side of Riverside Avenue, notifying motorists of the speed limit on this stretch of road.
