PUBLIC HEARING on a WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Giesta, requesting, that the City Council direct the Committee on City Property, prior to taking any votes on any proposals regarding the Phillips Avenue School, hold a public hearing in order to acquire information, thoughts and opinions from the various citizens in and around the neighborhood or from anyone else who may be interested in the fate of the former Phillips Avenue School property.
