WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Carney, requesting, that Mary Rapoza, Director of Parks, Recreation and Beaches and the Board of Park Commissioners, develop a fee schedule that charges non-residents, out of town organizations, groups, etc., for the use of all City parks. (To be Referred to the Committee on City Property, and that Director Rapoza and Members of the Park Board be invited to said meeting.)
