2.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Abreu, Council President Morad, Councillors Lopes, Giesta, Lima, Carney and Gomes, requesting that the Committee on Ordinances review how State and Local Zoning Laws regulate drug treatment facilities and the impact on residential neighborhoods and that the Committee consider enacting any necessary legislation that would alleviate any negative impacts on local residents.
