1.        WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Dunn, requesting, that the City engage MassDevelopment to craft an Ordinance to enable implementation of the PACE Program, the program is a tax-based financing mechanism that enables low-cost, long-term funding for energy improvements and is designed to promote capital investment and economic development by providing financing and development solutions.
