WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Lima, Council President Lopes, Councillors Abreu, Dunn and Markey, requesting that the Administration provide the City Council with reports detailing in aggregate all intra-departmental and interdepartmental appropriation transfers for the past three fiscal years and to provide such reports on a quarterly basis hereafter.
